Privacy Policy This privacy policy describes how Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use any of our websites, game servers, Discord, or store, including tyresesoapandlaundry.com, tslnetwork.com, tslnetwork.org, tsl.network, tsl.gay, tsl.wiki, tsl.lol, discord.gg/tslgaming (Server ID: 438508083384287243), tslgaming.com, donate.tslgaming.com, pixelmap.tslgaming.com, fastdl.tslgaming.com, atmons.tslgaming.com (also reachable by IP 147.135.8.186:25566), and tsl.cx (collectively, the "Sites"). Connecting to a game server by hostname or by IP address and port is the same service. Both are covered by this Privacy Policy. Overview We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Sites. By accessing or using any of the Sites, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. What information do we collect? We collect information in a few ways: Information you give us: This includes information you provide when creating or connecting an account, editing wiki pages, contributing content, joining Discord, linking Minecraft, or using the Store. This may include your username, email address, Discord ID and tag, Minecraft username and UUID, gift recipient Minecraft username, Anon Donor preference, and any other information you choose to provide in a profile or contribution. Store and payments: The TSL Gaming Store at donate.tslgaming.com signs you in with Discord (scopes: identify and email). We store your TSL Token balance, order history, package choices (including Minecraft Donator and Support), and whether a rank was applied to your linked Minecraft account or gifted to another username. USD payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We receive payment status, amount, and processor transaction IDs. We do not store full payment card numbers. Receipt emails are sent to the email on the Discord account you used to sign in, when available. Game servers: When you connect to a TSL game server (for example atmons.tslgaming.com / 147.135.8.186:25566), the server and related plugins collect connection data needed to run the game: IP address, Minecraft username and UUID, timestamps, chat and command logs as configured, Discord-link status, playtime, ranks (including Donator), claims, and similar gameplay records. Automatically collected information: When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We may also collect information about your activity on the Sites, such as the pages you visit and the content you interact with. Information from cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and pixel tags) to collect information about your activity on the Sites and to enhance your user experience. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. The Store uses a session cookie after Discord sign-in. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings. How do we use your information? We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including to: Provide, maintain, and improve the Sites, game servers, Discord integration, and Store; Credit TSL Tokens, fulfill or revoke donation ranks, process Support donations, and send receipts; Confirm a Discord account is linked to a Minecraft account before rank checkout; Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Sites; Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC and others; Communicate with you, including responding to your comments, questions, and requests; Personalize your experience on the Sites; Comply with applicable laws and regulations; and Carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected. How do we share your information? We may share your information in the following circumstances: With your consent: We may share your information with third parties when we have your consent to do so. Publicly available information: Content you contribute to the Sites, including your username associated with that content, is publicly available. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to post. In-game ranks and some cosmetics are visible to other players. If you enable Anon Donor, we try not to list your Discord tag on public Store supporter lists; gameplay rank on the server may still be visible. With service providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analysis, email delivery, Discord, Minecraft session services, and payment processing (Stripe and PayPal). Some of these service providers may be based in jurisdictions with varying levels of data protection laws. For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, such as a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC, our users, or others. This may include responding to requests from government authorities worldwide, including those in countries where data privacy laws differ from your own. In connection with a business transaction: We may share your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. Aggregated or de-identified information: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. Our operations may involve data transfer to and processing in various countries around the world that may have data protection laws that differ from those in your home country, to meet legal and operational demands. Your choices Account information: You may update some account information by logging into the relevant account (wiki, Discord, or Store) and modifying available settings. Minecraft display name follows your Mojang/Microsoft account. Store session: Sign out of the Store to end the Discord session cookie on that browser. Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of the Sites, including Store login. TSL Tokens and donation ranks TSL Tokens are store credits tied to your Discord Store account. Token balances, spends, and granted ranks are records we keep to run the Store and the game. Buying tokens is a USD purchase of credits. Spending those credits on a rank is a separate action you choose. Privacy requests to delete an account do not create a cash refund of tokens already received or already spent. See the Terms of Service for the payment rules. Data security We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Furthermore, the global nature of the internet means that data may transit through or be stored in jurisdictions with different data protection standards. Children's privacy The Sites are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers and block access from the specified user from being able to access the sites.
