Terms of Service Effective Date: August 31st, 2026 Welcome to Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our websites, game servers, Discord, or store, including tyresesoapandlaundry.com, tslnetwork.com, tslnetwork.org, tsl.network, tsl.gay, tsl.wiki, tsl.lol, discord.gg/tslgaming (Server ID: 438508083384287243), tslgaming.com, donate.tslgaming.com, pixelmap.tslgaming.com, fastdl.tslgaming.com, atmons.tslgaming.com (also reachable by IP 147.135.8.186:25566), and tsl.cx (collectively, the “Sites”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Sites. These Terms apply whether you join a game server by hostname (for example atmons.tslgaming.com) or by IP address and port (for example 147.135.8.186:25566). Hostname and IP are the same service. We may change a hostname, IP, or port; the replacement address is still covered by these Terms. 1. Use of the Sites Eligibility To use the Sites, you must be at least 13 years old. By accessing the Sites, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Sites. Purchases on donate.tslgaming.com may only be made by (or with the permission of) someone who can form a binding contract. Account Registration Some features of the Sites may require you to create an account or connect external accounts to serve as your TSL Account. The TSL Gaming Store uses Sign In with Discord only. Minecraft store items that apply to a player account require that Discord account to be linked to a Minecraft account (in-game /dclink, then Discord /link). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account, Discord account, and linked Minecraft account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for confirming any gift Minecraft username before you complete a purchase. Game servers Play on TSL game servers is a privilege, not a right. You must follow in-game rules, Discord rules, and staff instructions. We may kick, mute, ban, or otherwise restrict access for any reason, including griefing, stealing, cheating, duping, lag machines, slurs, explicit NSFW on images, or other conduct we judge harmful. Rank perks, claims, cosmetics, and similar benefits may be limited or removed if you break these Terms. A ban or rank removal is not a refund event. Prohibited Activities You agree not to: Use the Sites for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Submit false or misleading information, including a Minecraft username that is not the intended recipient. Interfere with the operation of the Sites, including introducing viruses or harmful code, exploiting bugs, or attacking game or web infrastructure. Use the Sites to harass, abuse, or harm others. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or other users’ accounts. Charge back or dispute a payment after you have already received TSL Tokens, except where required by law. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Sites for violating these Terms. 2. Intellectual Property Ownership All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software (“Content”), is the property of Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Sites or Content without our prior written consent. 3. User-Generated Content Content Submission By submitting content to the Sites, including comments, reviews, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. Responsibility for User Content You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion. 4. Privacy Your use of the Sites is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Sites, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. 5. Payments, TSL Tokens, and donation ranks Store Paid store features are offered at https://donate.tslgaming.com/ (the “Store”). Checkout requires agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. What you are buying when you pay money USD payments on the Store (Stripe or PayPal) buy TSL Tokens (or, if you choose Support, a voluntary donation). TSL Tokens are the product you paid for. When tokens are credited to your Store account, you have received the credits you purchased. Tokens are virtual store credit. They are not cash, not a bank deposit, not a security, and have no cash value outside the Store. Rate: $1 USD = 1 TSL Token, in whole-dollar amounts, currently $5 minimum and $500 maximum per payment. Spending TSL Tokens After tokens are in your balance, you choose what to spend them on. Current token spends include the Minecraft Donator rank (20 TSL Tokens). Donator is a network-wide Minecraft rank on every TSL Minecraft server. It is a virtual perk (extra commands, claims, cosmetics, and similar in-game benefits as described on the Store at the time of spend). Prestige coin bonuses and other playtime incentives may still require ranking up in-game even if you have Donator. Support TSL is a separate USD donation toward upkeep. It does not grant a Minecraft rank. No refunds after credits are received or spent TSL Tokens work in a way where the money purchase is complete when you receive the credits. What you later spend those credits on is your decision. Once TSL Tokens are credited, the USD payment is final except where a statute requires otherwise. Once you spend TSL Tokens on a rank, gift, or other Store item, that spend is final. You cannot reverse it because you changed your mind, dislike the perks, bought the wrong package, or the recipient did not want the gift. A granted rank, cosmetic, or similar perk is not a “defective product” if it works as described on the Store. In-game rules, bans, map wipes, server moves, hostname/IP changes, and pack updates do not create a refund. If you gift a rank, you must confirm the Minecraft username is correct before you spend the tokens. A typo or “wrong player” is your error, not a refund. You may not buy Donator again for a Minecraft account that already has it. Use another player’s username if you want to gift it. TSL Tokens are not redeemable for cash. Unused tokens stay on the Store account unless we close the account for a Terms violation or a payment is reversed as described below. Chargebacks and payment disputes If you open a chargeback, dispute, or reversal after tokens were credited, we may remove remaining unused tokens equal to the disputed amount and restrict Store or game access. Tokens you already spent on ranks or other items were used at your direction; we do not owe a second product or a cash refund because you later dispute the original payment. Fraudulent disputes may result in a ban. Billing You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Stripe or PayPal to charge the selected method. Card and PayPal details are handled by those processors, not stored as full card numbers on TSL systems. Receipts are sent to the email on the Discord account you used to sign in, when available. Subscriptions The Store does not currently sell recurring rank subscriptions. If a recurring service is offered later, you authorize us to charge at the start of each billing period until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. 6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability No Warranties The Sites are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sites’ operation, availability, or suitability for any purpose. Game servers may restart, wipe, move host, or change IP/hostname. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites, including loss of TSL Tokens, ranks, items, or playtime. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Sites or violation of these Terms. 7. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the following jurisdictions, without regard to their conflict of law principles: For users residing in the United States: The laws of the State of Michigan, including the Michigan Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Michigan Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant state statutes and common law. Federal laws of the United States shall also apply where applicable. For users residing in Canada: The laws of the Province of British Columbia, including the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, the Sale of Goods Act, and other relevant provincial statutes and common law. Federal laws of Canada shall also apply where applicable. For users residing in Thailand: The laws of Thailand, including the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001), and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). For users residing in Somalia: The laws of Somalia, including the Provisional Constitution, relevant Islamic Sharia law principles, and any applicable international treaties and conventions. For users residing in India: The laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Dispute Resolution Except as provided below for users residing in China, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the following rules: For users residing in the United States: The arbitration shall be conducted in Detroit, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. For users residing in Canada: The arbitration shall be conducted in Vancouver, British Columbia, in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre. For users residing in other jurisdictions: The arbitration shall be conducted in a mutually agreed upon location in accordance with the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). You waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. 9. Operations in China Data Privacy and Security for Users Outside of China Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all our users' data. We adhere to strict data protection principles and comply with applicable data privacy laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Data Storage: We only store and process data of users residing in China on servers located within mainland China. All data for users residing outside of China is stored exclusively on servers located within the United States. This ensures that data belonging to our international users is not subject to Chinese data localization laws. Data Transfer: We do not transfer the personal data of users outside of China to China. Any cross-border data transfers involving non-Chinese users are conducted in compliance with relevant international data transfer mechanisms and applicable laws. Data Privacy and Security for Users in China Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC recognizes the importance of data privacy and security, particularly for our users in China. We are committed to complying with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant Chinese laws and regulations. Data Localization: In compliance with Chinese law, the personal data of users residing in China is stored and processed solely on servers located within mainland China. Data Minimization: We collect and process only the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide our services to users in China, in accordance with the principles of the PIPL. Consent: We obtain explicit consent from users in China before collecting, using, or processing their personal data, as required by the PIPL. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Data Security: We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of users in China from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training. Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach involving the personal data of users in China, we will promptly notify the relevant authorities and affected users in accordance with the requirements of the PIPL and other applicable laws. Data Subject Rights: Users in China have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability, as provided under the PIPL. We will respond to such requests in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable laws. Compliance with Legal Requests in China Tyrese Soap and Laundry LLC may be required to disclose the personal data of users residing in China to Chinese government authorities or agencies in response to lawful requests, such as court orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes. We will carefully review all such requests to ensure their validity and compliance with applicable Chinese laws. Transparency: Where permitted by law, we will notify affected users in China of any requests for their data, unless doing so would jeopardize an ongoing investigation or is otherwise prohibited by law. Data Minimization in Disclosure: We will only disclose the minimum amount of data necessary to comply with a valid legal request. Legal Review: We will work with legal counsel to challenge any requests that we believe to be unlawful, overbroad, or inconsistent with international human rights standards. Independent Audit To demonstrate our commitment to data privacy and security in China, we will engage an independent third-party auditor to conduct regular audits of our data processing activities in China. The results of these audits will be made available to the relevant Chinese authorities upon request. Dedicated Data Protection Officer for China We have appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer (DPO) based in China to oversee our data protection compliance efforts in the region. The DPO will be responsible for ensuring that our data processing activities in China adhere to the PIPL and other relevant laws and regulations. The DPO will also serve as a point of contact for users in China who have questions or concerns about their data privacy. 10.
